We may move in and out of each of these phases throughout our practice to allow these coaching sessions to remain client-centered and focused on what’s most important to you!

In this phase we support sustainable forward movement.

You move forward feeling confident, steady, and supported in your next chapter.

  • 12 - 45 min coaching sessions (bi-weekly)
