My Journey

For most of my life, I’ve been drawn to endurance.

I’ve run marathons, worked for more than two decades in healthcare, and spent years supporting others through some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. Through all of those experiences, one truth became clear to me: some seasons of life require more than determination or productivity.

They require emotional endurance.

Like many high-achieving women, I was used to being capable, responsible, and resilient. But there came a point in my own life when things began to shift. Roles evolved. Priorities changed. The identity I had built for years no longer felt quite the same. From the outside, everything looked stable. On the inside, I was navigating uncertainty, self-reflection, and the quiet question of what my next chapter would look like.

What I discovered during that time is that transitions are rarely just logistical. They are deeply emotional and often tied to our sense of identity, purpose, and direction.

My background as a healthcare professional gave me a deep understanding of stress, physiology, and the nervous system. My experience with endurance running taught me that resilience is built slowly, through presence, patience, and the willingness to stay with the process even when the path forward isn’t clear.

Coaching brought those worlds together.

Today, I work with high-achieving women who find themselves in meaningful seasons of change — career shifts, life transitions, identity evolution, or the quiet realization that the way they have always pushed forward is no longer sustainable.

Together, we focus on developing emotional endurance: the ability to stay grounded through uncertainty, build trust in your own decisions, and move toward your next chapter with clarity and resilience.

Because some seasons of life are not about pushing harder.

They are about learning how to endure, reflect, and grow into who you are becoming.

“Transitions are rarely just logistical. They are deeply emotional and often tied to our sense of identity, purpose, and direction.”

Let’s Work Together

If you’re feeling called to step into this next chapter with more confidence and steadiness, I would love to support you.

You don’t have to navigate transition alone — and you don’t have to figure everything out before reaching out.

If this resonates, I invite you to schedule a conversation so we can connect, talk about what you’re experiencing, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

Let’s begin building the confidence and emotional steadiness you deserve for what’s next.
