This 3-phase journey makes program is structured, but also personalized for your needs. This structure helps guide us to uncover your areas for opportunity to help build your emotional resilience to support the changes for your next chapter. We may move in and out of each of these phases throughout our practice to allow these coaching sessions to remain client-centered and focused on what’s most important to you!
Phase 1

In this phase we focus on slowing down the mental noise and creating space for clarity.

While therapy often focuses on healing past experiences, coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. If deeper mental health support is needed, I will always encourage the appropriate resources.
