2. Regulation
If you stopped trying to figure this out for a minute, what feeling would you have to sit with?
Uncertainty? Fear of choosing wrong? Disappointing someone? Being judged?
Sometimes overthinking isn't an information problem.
It's an attempt to make uncertainty disappear before we act.
3. Identity Expansion
Finish this sentence:
The version of me who trusts herself here would…
And then:
What would she stop waiting for?
4. Confident Action
What's one small action you could take in the next 48 hours that doesn't require you to know how the whole thing turns out?
You don't need to leave here with certainty.
You just need to leave with one thing you're willing to trust yourself enough to do.
